A Queen sized bed is 80 inches long by 60 inches wide. There are also two less common variations; A "California" Queen is 84 inches long by 60 inches wide, and an "Olympic" Queen is 80 inches long by 66 inches wide
Assuming you mean the size of the mattress, it depends where you are from. In the US and Australia they are 60x80", in the UK 60"x78", and in Europe 63"x79"
