How accurate is the cheek swab drug test?

Many common drugs can be detected in the cheek test. It is considered a reliable test but does have drawbacks. Saliva cannot be used to find drugs that have been in the system longer than approximately 24 hours at the most.

It is around 70% accurate. It detects cocaine, marijuana, opiates and others, but do not worry I do not think second hand smoke will be detected.

I think it would depend on the size of the room you are in and the length of time you were consistantly exposed to the second hand smoke.

It's accurate, but it will not show second hand smoke, as that isn't strong enough to show up in the test.
