I never had a personal problem. But what are your problems? But if the site loads slow or you have problem entering information into forms, you may want to contact their customer service department.

Well not really. It's pretty simple to use it online they had a complex interface before but now it is pretty easy to use. Why don't you go on the website and try using it for yourself? Try the online banking component and the information is pretty good as well.

I have used it for many years online and never had a problem. You just need to make sure you follow all instructions and double check what you enter. Also I found by playing with some of the options for donations and such I was able to receive a little more back.

I have not had problems using any H&R product. I've used their tax software for 6 years running. You could email their help department with your concerns. They do have a reputation to protect, so I expect they'd help you through any concerns.
