Have you had good customer service with Verizon Wireless?

My sister loves Verizon Wireless. She convinces everyone to switch. She always has service no matter where we are at. She gets service out in the country even. Her payments are not that bad for a month and she has unlimited text messaging.

Whenever I have needed Verizon for something reguarding my phone service they have always been there to help me right away. The staff has always been friendly over the phone and they usually work to solve my phone issues within a few hours. Although I have not had many complications with my phone in the past years, they're always helpful.

I have had Verizon Wireless as my cell phone provider for the past six years, and I have always been impressed with their customer service. Several times, I had problems with my phones before my contract was due to end, and the service representatives let me trade in my phone early. I would highly recommend their service.

I have had excellent customer service with verizon, the only complaint I have is that since they are a big company they dont cater to the needs of their customers as well as small companies. As far as big companies go they have pretty good customer service, Way better tan sprint.

No I have not because my wife is adamant about using AT&T. However, I have and have had plenty of friends that swear by Verizon's customer service expertise. They claim that they know thier stuff and always come in handy when they have questions. When complaints do come up they are quick to rectify the issues.

Personally, I have had excellent customer service with Verizon Wireless. We have had them for over 5 years as our cell phone provider, and now they are providing our internet.

Yes! Verizon has always been wonderful for customer service. Each time I call them, they are very courteous, helpful, and very, very quick!

I have never personally dealt with Verizon but my boyfriend has and he wasn't really that pleased. He felt like they didn't care if he switched services or not.

I have had very good customer service with them. However, they charge and arm and a leg for service. If you are broke they will be willing to make a payment plan with you. However, this does not mean that you never have to pay them, they will cut you off if you do not pay the bill.
