Benjamin Moore marine varnish is a great product that is very resistant to the elements. I find it far surpasses expectations and will coat even the porous of surfaces if applied properly. The only downside is the higher cost compared to similar products.
The Goodwill in my neighborhood turned me on to restoring things. I used Benjamin Moore varnish on this kictchen cart and it looks like new. I am so pleased.
