Has anyone had problems with their RCA with Guide Plus?

Yea it seems like charter has really been letting me down lately when it comes to displaying the guide lately. IF you unplug the box and let it shut down for a few minutes and then you turn it back on this usually fixes the problem by allowing it time to reboot.

I do not have an RCA television, but based on reccommendations from friends, I would purchase one. A friend with one that has Guide Plus has enjoyed his.
