THere is not much correlation of the size of the endometrium and the size of the cysts that can form. A cyst can grow and if it is not controlled it can be a problem. A cyst can be drained and removed by a doctor if it is too big.

No it doesn't. The endometrium thickening is related to the effects of estrogen and progesterone during the menstrual cycle and may vary within the cycle. An endometric cyst is abnormal implantation of endometrium tissue, usually in the ovary which may or may not enlarge depending on the amount secreted.

Not really. The endometric cyst usually grows from endometrial material that doesn't get removed by the normal menstral cycle. Unusually heavy menses are a sign of a possible endometrial cyst.

Yes naturally. Sometimes the endometrium size can increase if you have a big cyst inside the endometrium. If the cyst on the outer wall it may not affect too much.
