Yes does values do increase a little bit with aging and as long as it is not too much it should be fine.

Trace to mild MR, TR and/or pulmonary regurgitation, if monitored and managed closely, can be expected to increase only minimally, but generally still manageable. Without good monitoring and careful titration of medical treatment, progression can be expected.

These things can be effected by your age. Other factors that will effect this is weight or other health conditions. Your doctor can tell you what it healthy or normal for you. If anything abnormal is found you should consult a cardiologist. Further testing and treatment can be done to keep you healthy.
