From what I can find on Toshiba's website they do not currently sell any televisions that are bigger than 54.6". They do have older models in this size though.
Yes, they do make a 62" TV. However the are all (or majority) projection TVs. Like a rear projection or a DLP (digital light processing) projector. And the prices are pretty comparable to an LCD or plasma.
