Does the Jumpsole system work?

Jumpsoles do work to increase vertical jumping height by strengthening the calf muscles. They do not really help strengthen the other muscles involved in jumping, the quadriceps and gluteus maximus.

It seems unlikely that this would be effective. It looks like fun but also looks like you could easily injure yourself. You would probably be better off training the old fashioned way (i. e. repetitive practice) if you want to increase speed and your vertical jump.

The Jumpsole system is actually one of the more succesful jumping systems on the market. Many athletes in professional leagues such as the MLB and NBA are known to have used the system and had tremendous results. If you are looking to inprove your verticle, take to this system. You will see results.

the jumpsole system works very slowly . you have to push yourself so hard and also need too much time to do jumpsole . it works but kind of slowly .
