The Cheesecake Factory is a restaurant with a general menu but their calling card is their deserts. Their cheesecake is among the best that you will find from a restaurant anywhere in the world, and they have several different varieties that you can choose from, hence the name Cheesecake FActory.

Yes indeed it does. This is a restaurant with a really extensive menu. Obviously their specialty is cheesecakes. I know there is one in New Jersey by my house.

Of course it does. The cheese cake has to be made somewhere. There are many different kinds of cheese cake companies so therefore there would be many factories as well.
