There are a variety of restaurants named the Pancake Factory. The main one is located in Michigan. This is not an infringement of The Cheesecake Factory.

There is a restaurant called the pancake factory. However, it does not infringe upon The Cheesecake Factory because the name is not verbatum.

There are several restaurants called "The Pancake Factory" - for example, there's one in MI. It probably doesn't infringe, because customers are unlikely to confuse the two for each other.
