The "Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique" from Kill Bill is fictional. Although some hard hits could cause a cardiac concussion, there's no way a simple pressure of some points of the body could cause the heart to stop, or even to explode. Only severe trauma can cause injuries or death.

Yes and No. A grenade can be fashioned from just about anything. You only need an expolosive device and a handful of projectiles.
