Yes. As long as the plan you are on includes voicemail, then you will have it. Voicemail is a basic feature of almost all phones and T-Mobile prepaid phones are not an exception/

T-Mobile does have voice mail on the regular phones and the prepaid ones as well, all you have to do to access it is call your number.
