Yes Sylvania does make a TV around 27 inches. That would be considered pretty small now. Most people get TVs that are at least 35 inches.

A 27" tv is now considered small to medium sized. For an average family, a 32" tv is not out of the question, and larger tv's are not unheard of.

Yes, they do and no, they are not considered small unless you have a huge living room. I bought my Sylvania 23 inch at Best Buy.
