The official recipes are not published, but there are sites on the web that have fake recipes and they taste really similar to the real deal!

Yes Starbucks does publish their coffee cake recipe. I have made it a million times and you can't tell if its from Starbucks or homemade. Go to Google and type in the recipe you are looking for. Be sure to put the word "Starbucks" to get the original great recipe.
