Rid manufactures a spray that kills lice and their eggs on mattresses, furniture, interiors of a car, and on items that are non-washable. After spraying, vacuum the carpet and rugs in your home, and inside vehicle. Clean washable objects such as clothing, brushes and combs, using hot water with temperature set at 130 degrees Fahrenheit, and dry-clean non-washables.

RID does make a home lice control spray. The spray is to be used on things such a bedding and furniture, though. It's not to be used on humans or pets.
