Norvasc and Tramadol are entirely different medicines. Norvasc, or Amlodipine Besylate, is a calcium channel blocker used to treat high blood pressure and angina. There is no indication that it can be used for help with methadone withdrawal. Tramadol, or Ultram, is a narcotic-like pain reliever which is not suggested for use by anyone who has been addicted to drugs.
