I think it can wash out a face sometimes, it depends on how pale the skin is. I would suggest to implement low lights into the blonde to stand out.

It really depends on your skin undertone. I find that if your skin has a pink undertone, blonde looks okay. If you are really worried, try a darker blonde first.

It looks better than black hair thats for sure. I think a dark blonde is the best way to go because you don't want to look washed out.
