Not at all. It depends really. If you're talking mainstream famous brands such as Gucci, Dolce Vita, Armani etc. they often arrive in the U.S. before Europe because thats where their largest markets are based. Surprisingly many European brands operate from the United States and so sometimes Europeans get things after North Americans.
