Yes, hormone replacement could be causing your bloating. You might want to talk to your doctor if it is bothersome. In the meantime try lowering your sodium intake and drinking more water. You might also want to try more fruits and veggies and whole grains for fiber. That should help reduce the bloating.

Yes, and I have found that there is nothing you can do for it. Let it takes it course and it should go away til next month.

Yes, abdominal bloating is not an uncommon result of hormone replacement therapy. Hormones that fluctuate can result in an increase in intestinal gas which can then cause fluid retention.
