That is a hard question for me to answer without knowing the situation. If he is returning your phone calls and asking to spend time with you, then yes, he probably wants to date you. If he isn't doing any of the above then he probably just wants to be friends, and you need to respect that.

The way you can tell is if he is going out of his way to be with you. Most guys want to be with the girl that they want to date. Also if he is touching you. want I mean by that is does he like holding your hand and stuff like that.

Probably not. If you're having to question it, he probably wants to just hang out or be friends with benefits. If a guy wants to date you, he will let you know.

It would depend on if you are his type or not. If you want to date him, maybe you should ask him out.

Well, that would depend on how close you guys are and if he knows you well enough. Talk to him and ask. Life is too short for missed chances with love!
