As long as you are just dating I do not see any reason why not, that is what dating is all about. If you had committed to a monogamous relationship with the guy you are currently seeing that would be different, but you could always just tell him you want to see other people.

It's not a very honest thing to do unless you admit to them both that you are not exclusive to them, that makes it fair for everyone.

There is no law which states that you are forbidden to date as many men as you desire. However, the men themselves might have a problem with sharing a romantically significant person in their life with another man. Some in society might also look down on a person with multiple concurrent partners.
