Cow-tipping will not necessarily kill a cow every time. However, a cow can become injured from being tipped over. For example, the cow could suffer broken bones. It is possible that a cow could get tipped over and suffocate under its own weight, depending on how it happens to land.

Cow tipping is IDIOTIC and CRUEL. YES it CAN kill them if the Cow is fully tipped over. Cows have four stomachs and they are very delicate. If you tip the Cow over on to it's back you can twist the Cow's stomachs and they WILL DIE a HORRIBLE, PAINFUL death unless the owner determines the problem and untwists it.
