I used camphor and it really worked. It also shrank my large over sized breast. I wish I could find it again. I warmed it over the stove, rubbed over my breast and wore a binder for 3 to 7 days. After having last child could not find it anymore.

I used camphor after having my two children. My breast were hot swollen and engorged. I naturally have large breast so the additional swelling made me miserable. I heated the camphor oil and put on my breast with a binder for 3 to 7 days. It worked, loved it!

Camphor does not dry your breast milk supply , it actually will relax and soothe the underlying muscle tissue and allow for a more comfortable experience

There is no clinical evidence of camphor successfully drying the breast milk supply. However, placing green cabbage leaves in the bra overnight can aid in the drying process.

Although I have never tried it, I have heard several times that rubbing camphor oil all over your breasts will indeed dry breast milk production. You will need to apply the oil several times a day but within a few days, the milk production will be over. I used dry cabbage leaves. It worked really well and quick.
