Yes it does but not a lot. If you want good used psp games go to gamestop or even better go online on amazon.

Some Blockbusters may have previously rented PSP games they would sell used, but it is not likely to find a store that did rent them. You are more likely to find used PSP games at a store such as Game Stop, or another game trading store.
