Yes, Aria does make acoustic guitars. Speaking as a well seasoned guitarist I would agree that most of the Aria guitars I have seen are indeed pretty good guitars and I would probably recommend one upon inspection. However, I would also have to recommend trying a Takamine which makes superior instruments and makes acoustic instruments exclusively.

The Japanese company Aria do make acoustic and electro/acoustic guitars. The company actually started off selling and then building its own acoustics in the 1960s, and isn't just another fly-by-night name knocking out Stratocaster and Les Paul copies - they've been around a while and make quality, reasonably priced guitars.
