You can find men's panty hose online, but it would be cheaper to buy women's panty hose in a size that was too big.

I believe you could find tights for men in costume shops like Party City. If you need actual pantyhose, you could try women's pantyhose in larger sizes. Most men could fit into women's pantyhose since they stretch to conform to the body. If this doesn't work for you, you are sure to find them at an online drag queen store.
