I guess it would depend on if the pantyhose are new/clean. It would be like sharing underwear, basically, and socks. In most cases, it probably won't hurt. But most would probably consider it gross.
As long as you wear underpants when you wear pantyhose, and wash them after each use, then it is no different than sharing any other piece of clothing. It's really more a matter of what you are comfortable with.
