The best thing to do would be to check with the manufacture and/or distributer of the product. You can also look on varying internet stores to see if anyone is selling the product in question. Some vintage, second hand, or limited edition stores may be selling the product. One can also do a quick internet search to gain more information.

With the upcoming release of Happy Feet 2, dancing mumble doll should be back on store shelves. It will be released again to help promote the new film winter 2011.

Think Way produced this one and usually when those smaller companies produce a figure of any kind they never become available again through retail.

Most likely not. Happy Feet is about four years old and things like that tend to not come back into stock after a while. A quick internet search found a few sellers, most of whom are selling him for about fifteen to twenty dollars. There is also a small Dancing Mumble keychain for ten dollars.
