All cell phones use SIM cards. The SIM card is located underneath the battery, just pop the battery out and slide out the card. The only way to change the card is to buy a new one from the store you bought the phone from.

TracFone uses a GSM network so their phones do use SIM cards. Changing a SIM card depends on the phone model.
