Does a dead tooth with resorption need to be pulled?

I have a tooth that is resorption.

Most likely, yes. If the nerve in the tooth is dead, it is just waiting for infection to set in. If the nerve is dead and it has root resorption, the health of the tooth will not reverse.

A dead tooth should be removed with resorption. If you do not remove this tooth it will go up to the gums and effect the other teeth and will cause them to rot. A dead tooth also will cause severe bad breath. Please visit your dentist as soon as you can.

It depends on the condition and whether or not it is internal or external. Sometimes they can be filled with calcium hydroxide and medicine.

Yes, it would be better to remove the tooth with resorption as it may cause some side effects if at all they have been there for a longer time. Pulling the teeth is fine.
