Each and every tooth that you have is different. Usually your maxillary teeth, tooth number five, has two roots. Sometimes there is more or less depending on how your facial structure and bone structure grew when you were in your mothers stomach. There could be a chance that there is only one root.
I had to have my #5 extracted and it had 2 roots and the dentist was unable to get the tip of 1 root out and just left it in. now my #4 is biting weird and it is a concern add a comment
