Yes, a bankruptcy court does have the right to change your payment amount after you have only made five payments. If you started making payments before going to court, the court will set what they think is appropriate, which may be different than what you had been paying.

In a word yes they do have that right. When you file bankruptcy you agree to allow the courts decide what is the best resolution for your case. After making your five payments they may realize you will not be able to pay back your debt in the time frame they originally thougt so they changed it.

They can adjust your payment if it is deemed that you have more money or assets that previously understood. Also, late payments can cause this increase.

Yes. It is generally within the bankruptcy court's power to exercise its discretion throughout the bankruptcy process, regardless of where you are. Even if you've only just started to make payments, the bankruptcy judge can alter your payment amount as he sees fit.
