their products are not so bad, but from my experience, alot of people like them, the only difference is that they are more expensive than at the regular beauty supply stores. I bought a flat iron set from them that cost almost $60 and it never worked not even once, it could not straighten, curl or even heat up.

it dewpends on whta products i am getting from them. I purchased one of their breast cancer flat irons for almost $50 and it was no good.
