Do you have pictures showing the location of drains in the freezer of frost-free Magtag refrigerator?

You can usually locate products manuals online at the manufacturer's website. If not you can try a search online for your particular model number. You should be able locate the model number on a sticker that is located in the upper right section of refrigerator. You can also ask a local independent repair service.

The drain from a frost-free refrigerator is generally not the problem. The drain ends up in the pan below the condensor at the lower back of the refrigerator. It is most likely that either the defrost heaters or the timer has failed, and the frost and water are from overflow.

There are a couple of websites (manualsonline. com and justanswers. com) which may be able to help you but you may ultimately need to contact an appliance repairman or dealer.
