My fridge is not keeping things cool and the freezer isn't keeping stuff frozen, but it is colder than the refrigerator part. Why is that?

Your refrigerator may just need to be recharged with freon. You will need to find an appliance repair professional to help you get and install the freon. Once the new freon is in it should resolve your issue.

This I know. Either someone has left the door ajar and it needs to be defrosted or the seal on the door is not very good and air is escaping either way. The freezer has to be cleaned out and you have to make sure the vents are not clogged with ice.

You may have something wrong with the electric component that makes your freezer cold. You may also have too many things in the freezer.
