Sort of. Developing hatred or love for someone or something is very easy. It's instinct and emotion. Continuing to hate is easy, too, since hate never changes. Continuing to love is hard; it requires work because it changes as the relationship changes.

Why of course! Hate is easy in that you can easily write someone off if they annoy you. It is more difficult to stick with that person and love them despite their flaws and annoyances. Love is a gift that is given without regard to ease. Hate is easy to perpetrate.

Most definitely. Love requires hard work, commitment, trust and perseverance. Hate only requires an angry mind and little effort, but it takes a lot of emotional energy.

No, but it also depends on the person it seems that if you are pessimistic hate would be easier. If you not love is.
