Yes, traditional Catholics pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet. While the devotion emerged from a relatively recent saint, St. Faustina, most traditionalists recognize her canonization by Pope John Paul II. Very conservative traditionalist Catholics, however, may reject her canonization by Pope John Paul II due to his religiously tolerant behavior.

no idea it seems to be more of a personal opinion than anything based on traditions involved. but yes they can as it seems to be based on the traditional rosary and are not in conflict with original traditionalist ideas which they uphold so sincerely. this could be let to the person

The church has fully approved the Chaplet of The Divine Mercy and so it is fine that we pray it constantly, that God might mitigate His wrath on a world growing increasingly sinful and corrupt. As natural disasters today become more severe and destructive, our prayers must become more intense

Yes, during memorial service. It is common that a priest will pray the diveine mercy chaplet during a wake along with the family and friends in attendance with a rosery.
