Do those Breath Right strips really provide relief from snoring?

In my own personal experience it seemed to work at first but eventually stopped working at all for my snoring. I found that I slept better just because it felt like I could breathe better. I continued to use them even after I realized they weren't working for my snoring just because they made me sleep more comfortably.

Many people do find that the strips help with snoring, however they don't seem to completely eliminate it. They do seem to be of some help when a person has a cold or allergies. The idea is to open the nasal passages in order to allow you to breathe easier.

Breath Right strips will cut down on snoring for most. However snoring is a complicated problem with factors such as obesity and smoking. At-risk people are less likely to benefit.

I have used the Breathe Right strips some time ago and I believe they did do some good particularly during allergy season. Since we moved to the country from the city, my allergies have gotten worse. If I don't take allergy medications and prop up my pillow, I will snore. I might try them again.
