Yes honeywell radiators are still sold. Honeywell is a large company I would contact them direct for sales/repair questions. Most home improvement stores should have them or know where you can find one. Another resource would be an HVAC repair company or hvac supply house. Most of these companies are knowledgeable about Honeywell.

Honeywell radiators are still sold nationwide. However, it is difficult to repair them, which needs to be taken into consideration. Call your local radiator repair company to see.
