Yes, sectioned plates are available in "adult" sizes. Plastic ones can most easily be found with picnic related items in most grocery stores.

Yes they do. Often times you can find plastic ones during the summer season. They are outdoor type ones. Year round you are able to find sectioned paper or throw away plastic plates in the disposable plate aisle.
