The standard outdoor track is 400 meters while the standard indoor track is usually 200 meters. Indoor tracks can vary in size between 120 and larger than 200 meters although records aren't accepted at these bigger tracks. Most of them use synthetic surfaces insteadof the old cinder type tracks. No tracks are 3000 meters that i'm aware of!

If you are talking about Olympic style running then most tracks are 400m around in an oval shape (or 200m indoors). Then the competitors just run around as many times as it takes to complete the distance. This is the same for all distances in the olympics apart from the Marathon.

No, they do not make 3000-meter tracks. While track lengths vary in length, the standard length for the inside lane of a running track is 400 meters.
