No. The Chinese wear Hanfus. They are loose robes belted at the waist with long sleeves. They are only worn when representing an historical reenactment. Such as Americans sometimes do with Civil War uniforms.
Kimonos are a Japanese fashion. Historically, Chinese people have worn robes but not kimonos. These days, people in China dress much the same as Americans do, same goes for Japanese people though fashions may vary a bit.
