No, it just make it look closer and warmer. Only light colors gives a bigger look for a room, while dark colors makes them look smaller. Red walls makes people more aggressive, it may be in a good manner (like love) or a bad (like becoming more nervous).

I don't think that this is the case. I believe that lighter colors make a room look bigger while darker, stronger colors actually make it look smaller.
