Do rats make good pets?

They make the best pets ever. They are clean animals. They are intelligent and easily trained. I had one that would come when i called her name. They actually enjoy riding around on shoulders and it is fun making mazes and stuff for them to play with. They make leashes and little harnesses for them to take them outside.

it really depends what you are looking for in a pet. Rats although are not the cutest animal are very fun to watch play and exercise. But if you are into pets that you can hold and pet and talk for walks and enjoy, rats are probably not the best choice. Rats can be a very good pet though.
