Not all prepositional phrases contain adjectives. A prepositional phrase starts with a preposition: on the chair, in the pool, at home, with me. Prepositional phrases can contain modifiers (adjectives): in the heated pool, on the overstuffed chair, etc.

A prepositional phrase is a phrase that begins with a preposition (in the jungle, on the desk, with a boy, at the house, to my friend, etc. Therefore, a prepositional phrase CAN include an adjective (in the *hot* jungle, on the *wooden* desk, with a *tall* boy, at the *little* house, to my *good* friend, etc. )
