No. A cat's cycle prepares it for mating and carrying a pregnancy to term. If it is all ready doing that, it doesn't need to prepare for it.

Like humans and other mammals, pregnant cats cannot have a menstrual cycle. Any bleeding is an indication of complication and should be consulted with a veterinarian.

Heat cycles in cats last from several days to two weeks or longer, and repeat every two to three weeks. She will continue to go into heat until she has mated.

Cats don't have menstrual cycles, they go into estrous- unlike humans, they don't release an egg during their cycle, only when mated. They don't go into estrous when pregnant, since the purpose has been achieved!
