Never say never, but typically plus and minus 2 days from ovulation which occurs midcycle is the time to get pregnant. Use protection at any time if pregnancy not wanted.

you will not get pregnant when you are having your menstrual cycle because in here the body tries to eliminate the egg that was not fertilized during your ovulation. you will get pregnant 3days after your period because that time you are ovulated again that can be fertilized by a sperm

It is possible to get pregnant during anytime of your cycle. If you have a regular cycle you will more than likely be safe from becoming pregnant on the second day of your menstrual cycle
