Yes there are people out there that do teach Word of Warcraft classes. There are also online groups that have forums to help others that are learning the game

It is best to learn the class as you go because you gradually acquire new spells and skills and become accustomed to them. Having someone to teach you about the classes can be more useful if you want to be most efficient as healer, damage dealer or a tanker.
